Manufacturers of Woven Fabrics
Being in this business since three decades our Fabrics comprise 90% of Cotton, 10% rest of others. Auto loom and power loom woven fabrics of widths ranging from 40" to 140" of both Yarn dyed and Greige add to our range.
Autoloom In-house
Picanol Rapier Looms, 37 Looms @ 190 CM. RPM 330 all looms. 6 Colors Weft (Expandable upto 8 colors), 16 Shaft Electronic Dobby, Cramming Motion all looms.
Yarn Count Range
Warp Cotton count of 2/10s, 2/20s, 2/30s, 2/40s, 2/60 upto 2/100s and Sized warp counts of 10s, to 100s are our yarn count range.
Dyeing Excellence
Dyeing houses dedicated to us have capacity upto 2000 to 3000 bundles and Cheese dyeing capacity of 2.5 to 3.5 tonne per day feed our weaving capacity of 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh meters of fabric production per month.
Finishing Unit
Our fabric finishing unit consists of 10000 sq feet area with Sanforising, Drying range, Peach Finish add to our versatility. Our turnover comprises of about 15 crores rupees.
